Returns & Exchanges

At Luibelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
